Radical Love Fuels Youth Activists The Table Underground w/Tagan Engel

These teens are amazing! From left, Salwa Abdussabur, Cowiya Arouna and Jeremy Cajigas, three youth organizers that worked with City Wide Youth Coalition in New Haven, CT to lead a solidarity march with hundreds of people on November 11, 2016 following the election of Donald Trump. When confronted by two Trump supporters in the crowd at this rally yelling "Make America Great" and "Trump, Trump", Cowiya responded without hesitation, megaphone in hand, "We love you, we love you, we love you", the crowd followed her lead, and the rest of the rally channeled the anger and concern of the crowd through the positivity and message of radical love and fierce solidarity presented by these youth leaders and their peers.
